Wildlife is one of the elements that make California so unique and special. And last week, a rare and exciting nature experience occurred off the San Diego coast. Tourists were treated to an aquatic phenomenon in which nearly an estimated 100,000 dolphins engaged in an aggressive and choreographed swim. Experts are calling this event a “super mega-pod.” The pod was more than seven miles long and five miles wide, according to the captain of the boat.
